We Deliver, Install & Support

JAM delivers your unit to site, handles installation and commissioning, and remains on-call for the duration of your hire. At the end of the project, we collect — leaving nothing behind but a quieter, cleaner site.

What’s Included

Everything You Need.
Nothing You Don’t.

Unit Delivery & Collection

We transport your unit to site and collect it when the hire period ends. UK-wide coverage. No third-party haulage, no coordination overhead — handled entirely by JAM.

Included

On-Site Commissioning

A JAM engineer attends site to commission the unit, verify connections, and walk your team through operation. Nothing is left to chance — we don’t hand over until everything is confirmed live.

Included

Remote Monitoring Dashboard

Every unit ships with cloud-connected monitoring. Track state of charge, energy throughput, and unit health in real time via our dashboard. Automated alerts if anything requires attention.

Included

Full Documentation

Handover pack includes commissioning sign-off, operating instructions, emergency procedures, and electrical certificates — everything your site manager and H&S team need from day one.

Included

Flexible Hire Durations

Day hire, weekly, monthly, or long-term project hire — we accommodate your programme. Need to extend mid-project? Just call. Need early return? No penalty, no problem.

Included

24/7 UK Technical Support

    FAQ

    Common Questions

How quickly can you deliver a unit to site? +

For most UK locations we can deliver within 24–48 hours of order confirmation. For urgent or emergency requirements, call us directly — same-day deployment is possible depending on location and unit availability.

What’s included in the hire price? +

All hire quotes include the unit, delivery to site, on-site commissioning by a JAM engineer, remote monitoring access, full documentation, and collection at the end of hire. There are no hidden transport or fuel surcharges.

How do I charge the unit on site? +

JAM units accept charge from three sources: grid connection (preferred), solar array input, or a diesel/HVO generator. Hybrid operation — using the BESS to reduce generator run-time by up to 70% — is the most common setup on sites without reliable grid access.

Can the hire period be extended mid-project? +

Yes — just call or email the team and we’ll extend the hire on the same terms. Early returns are also penalty-free. We understand construction and events programmes change, and our hire terms are designed around that reality.

Do you cover the whole of the UK? +

Yes. We operate UK-wide, including Scotland and Wales. For remote or island locations, speak to the team directly to confirm lead times and any access logistics.

What happens if something goes wrong on site? +

Our remote monitoring means we often identify issues before you do. If something requires attention, call our 24/7 support line and a qualified engineer will assist — remotely in most cases, or on-site when required. All units are covered for the full hire duration.
